Cranberry Bliss Bars (Starbucks Copycat)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup melted butter

  • 1 & 1/4 cups brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tbsp orange zest

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 cups + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup cream cheese (or an 8 oz block)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 tsp orange zest

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • white chocolate

 

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Next, whisk in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.

  • Add the orange zest, baking powder, flour, and salt to the bowl. Mix until you have a batter.

  • Fold in 1/2 cup of mini white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of dried cranberries.

  • Transfer to a parchment paper lined 13x9 rimmed baking sheet.

  • Bake the bars for 25-27 minutes on the middle rack. Let them cool on a wire rack.

  • Beat together the frosting — cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract.

  • Once the bars are completely cooled, remove from the pan and top with the frosting, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate.

  • Slice into triangles and enjoy!
