Homemade Halloween Candy

 

Homemade Reeses

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup and 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Recipe:

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour until smooth

  • Transfer this to a candy mold or roll out flat using parchment paper and cut shapes using cookie cutters. Place molded fillings in freezer for 20 minutes

  • While the filling sets, melt the chocolate chips with coocnut oil

  • Dip the Reese’s filling in the chocolate, coating evenly. Transfer to a wire rack to set

  • Enjoy right away or store in your fridge for up to a week!

 

Homemade Butterfingers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 2 cups corn flakes

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Recipe:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla

  • Fold in corn flakes and salt. The corn flakes will crush as you mix

  • Transfer the mixture to a candy mold or roll out flat using parchment paper and cut shapes using cookie cutters. Once molded/cut, place in the freezer for 20 minutes

  • While the filling sets, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil

  • Dip the Butterfingers in the chocolate, coating evening. Transfer to a wire rack to set

  • Enjoy right away or store in your fridge for up to a week!
