Pumpkin Dinner Rolls
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 375F
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together warm milk, brown sugar, and instant yeast
Next, whisk in pumpkin puree, egg, and melted butter
Mix in the flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until a shaggy dough forms
Transfer the dough to a clean floured surface and knead until smooth
Transfer back to the mixing bowl and let rise until the dough doubles in size — about 1 hour. I put the dough in my oven with the light on to keep it warm
Once the dough has risen, transfer to a clean floured surface and divide into 12 small pieces. Roll each of them into a ball
Place in a baking dish and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown
Brush with melted butter and enjoy!

2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
