Sourdough Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, browned
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup sourdough discard
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, pumpkin, egg yolk, and sourdough discard
Mix in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir until a dough forms
Fold in the chocolate chips
Spoon 2 tablespoons of dough at a time onto a lined baking sheet
Bake for 11-13 minutes. Top with flaky salt and enjoy!
