Leftover Halloween Candy Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp flaky salt
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups leftover Halloween candy, chopped
Recipe:
Preheat your oven to 325F
In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, flaky salt, and powdered sugar
Then, in a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, avocado oil, milk, and vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet using a spatula
Then, fold in chocolate chips
Transfer mixture to a parchment paper lined or greased 8x8 baking dish
Sprinkle the Halloween candy on top and gently push it into the batter
Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
