Yasso Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup peanut butter
10 oz full-fat greek yogurt
2 chocolate crunch bars, melted
Recipe:
In a large mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream, agave, and vanilla. Beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Next, beat in the peanut butter until smooth.
Fold in the greek yogurt, then transfer to a popsicle mold.
Freeze the popsicles for four hours or until fully hardened.
Dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate and place on a wire rack until the chocolate hardens, about 5 minutes.
Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer!
