Yasso Bars

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 4 tbsp agave

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • 10 oz full-fat greek yogurt

  • 2 chocolate crunch bars, melted

 

Recipe:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream, agave, and vanilla. Beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.

  • Next, beat in the peanut butter until smooth.

  • Fold in the greek yogurt, then transfer to a popsicle mold.

  • Freeze the popsicles for four hours or until fully hardened.

  • Dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate and place on a wire rack until the chocolate hardens, about 5 minutes.

  • Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer!
