Easy Foccacia Pizza
Ingredients:
1 packet dry yeast
1½ cup water, warm
1 tsp cane sugar
3 cup flour
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
½ cup pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni, to taste

Burrata, to taste
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Chili flakes
Flaky salt
Pepper
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 425 F
Start by whisking together yeast, ½ cup of warm water, and sugar in a large mixing bowl
Add flour, 1 cup of warm water, olive oil, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms, it should be pretty sticky
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and place somewhere warm for an hour. I like to
turn my oven on low and place the bowl on top of the oven. This will help the dough double in size
After an hour, mix the dough once more, then stretch it into a 13x9 sheet pan, coated in olive oil. Put the pan on top of the oven for 15 minutes. Warming the dough up will make it easier to work with
Next, drizzle the dough with olive oil and dimple it. Add the pizza sauce and simple that in, then add the cheese and pepperoni.
Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes. Add more toppings of your choice. I recommend burrata, fresh basil, olive oil, chili flakes, salt and pepper
